Hair Restoration & Replacement with Miss Kisha is a DBA of Braiding for Kids® LLC.
This policy outlines the terms governing purchases made through www.hairrestorationva.com.

Services Policy
​
All service payments, deposits, and specialty installations are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Hair restoration services
• Cranial prosthetics
• Hair replacement systems
• Integration services
• Extension installations
• Specialty or custom services
Deposits secure reserved appointment time and are therefore non-refundable. Additional service-specific policies may be outlined within the booking platform and apply accordingly.

Product Returns
​
We accept returns on eligible unused retail items within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• The return must be initiated within 7 days of receipt
Non-returnable items include:
• All hair units
• Cranial prosthetics
• Custom or specialty hair systems
• Extensions
• Integration materials
• Opened tools, brushes, combs, or sundries
• Merchandise that has been worn or used
• Any item referenced as non-refundable at time of purchase
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.

Refunds
​
Once an approved return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial.
If approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing time depends on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a return is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund unless otherwise required by law.

Custom & Specialty Orders
​
Custom prosthetics, specialty hair units, custom color matches, and special-order items are final sale and non-refundable.
Due to the personalized nature of these services and products, cancellations or refunds are not permitted once production or ordering has begun.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping
​
Retail product orders are processed within 7–14 business days unless otherwise specified.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Tracking information will be provided once an order ships.
Delivery timelines provided by carriers (including USPS) are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Hair Restoration & Replacement with Miss Kisha.
Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues.
If a package arrives damaged, claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. All original packaging and photographic documentation must be retained.
Failure to properly document damage may result in denial of replacement or reimbursement.
If an order is returned as undeliverable, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
